Dreamcatcher Residential and Commercial Design is a small company in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in business for close to 20 years, and following the principle of the Dreamcatcher:
We will take your construction challenge, stream it through the web of the Dreamcatcher, let the bad parts fall to the ground and the good ones come to you.
Here is how we do it: After consultations with the client, we prepare schematic designs to be reviewed and discussed with the client. Based on the client approved design, we prepare, for the client’s review and approval, construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications, review statutes, regulations, codes and by-laws applicable to the design and where necessary review the same with the authorities having jurisdiction in order to apply for and obtain the consents, approvals, licenses and permits necessary for the project.
When requested, we could recommend contractors and do occasional site inspections.
I, Luminita (Lou) Serbanescu am a designer; studied at the Institute of Architecture in Bucharest, Romania, and graduated with a Diploma in Architecture.
I have a BCIN registration that allows me to work with City Hall to obtain your permit.
I designed numerous new houses, additions, renovations. Beside the residential projects, I designed many small commercial buildings and a few bigger ones where I cooperated with registered architects. Please review my Curriculum Vitae for more details.
